Delivery
We try to keep postage and packaging charges to a minimum and continually seek to source the most cost-effective service. Where possible, all orders received before 2pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays) will be despatched the next day. Sometimes this is not possible, however, we will despatch all orders with in 5 working days from the date of order.
Non-Delivered Goods
If your order has not been delivered then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-despatch the goods. We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.
We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us or for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.
