Ordering Process
How do I place an order?
Placing an order with Dabber Sports couldn't be easier, quicker or more secure. Once you've found a product or products that you like, add them to your shopping basket by clicking the ‘add to shopping basket' button. When you've finished shopping, click the ‘checkout' button.
You'll then be asked to fill out your delivery details (make sure they're accurate) and on the next page you'll be asked how you'd like to pay. Once you've made payment, you'll receive an email confirming your order number and we'll get packing.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using all major debit and credit cards (including American Express). Alternatively, you can pay by PayPal, a secure online payment method which allows you to pay without sharing any of your financial information with retailers (PayPal account required).
Can I change or cancel my order?
An order may be amended or cancelled but it would depend on whether it has already been despatched or not. In most cases, orders are dispatched within 24 hours. If you would like to amend or cancel your order, you should contact us immediately on 0800 458 9355 or at customer.services@dabbersports.co.uk
Do I need to be registered with you to place an order?
Yes, but registering is quick and easy - it's just a matter of confirming your email address and entering a password when you place your first order. The benefit of being a registered user is that you can save your contact details and future ordering will be quicker. There are other advantages too - friends of Dabber Sports receive exclusive promotions and special offers.
Delivery Information
Can I send the order to another address?
Yes you can. Simply place the order and during the checkout process you'll have an opportunity to enter an alternative delivery address.
How much is the delivery charge?
To keep costs to a minimum, our delivery charges are calculated on the value of your order and its destination. Please see the delivery page for more detailed information.
How can I be sure that my order is being processed?
After placing your order you will receive an email confirming your order number as well as the details of your order and payment.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once an order has been placed and payment received, it is usually despatched within 24 hours and should be with you within 2-3 business days.
My order hasn't arrived. How long should I wait before contacting you?
If you haven't received your order within 15 working days, please let us know so that we can investigate and track the order with our carrier.
Do you offer worldwide delivery?
At the moment we only sell to customers based in the UK, although we hope to trade internationally in the near future.
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
Yes, although it can sometimes be problematic as in many cases only certain couriers can deliver to BFPO addresses. The best thing to do is contact us either by telephone or email before you place your order.
Returns Information
I need to return an item. What is your returns policy?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or items are missing?
Firstly, please accept our apologies - all items are quality checked before they leave us and we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives with you in perfect condition. If however there is any damage to your goods or something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will then ask you to return the item and issue you with either an exchange or full refund.

What are your hours of trading?
While the site operates 24 hours a day, we need our sleep and the odd day off. The site is monitored between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
No, not at the moment but we are considering introducing this service in the future.
Do you offer discount for corporate purchasing and bulk buying?

Technical information
Is it safe to shop online at Dabber Sports?
Yes, extremely. For this reason we use 128-bit Secure Locket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, so your personal and card details are encrypted before the information is transferred from your computer to our system. You can tell if a page is secure when a padlock symbol is displayed at the bottom of the browser. This method is the recognised standard for secure transactions. Do you share my details with any third parties?
No, we don't. We don't store any of your financial information and your contact information remains secure at all times. Your trust and custom is too important to us. What's more we're as fed up as you of being bombarded with offers of loans, double glazing and Viagra.
