The Environment
We take our corporate responsibility to the environment very seriously at Dabber Sports and endeavour, where possible, to keep our CO2 emissions to an absolute minimum. We do this by using recycled materials in our day to day operation and working electronically as best we can to keep unnecessary paper use to a minimum.
We pay many of our suppliers via bank transfer and conduct as much of our correspondence as possible via email.
As a responsible organisation we recycle all our plastic, glass, cans and waste paper.
On top of this we have gone to considerable lengths to calculate our carbon footprint and voluntarily offset our remaining CO2 emissions by investing in the planting of native broad-leaf trees in UK woods. Many large organisations offset emissions by planting in forests in Asia or South America and whilst this obviously benefits the environment overall, we believe that as we emit our CO2 in the UK (this doesn’t include our supply chain), we should offset this in the UK.
