Prices
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. There may be occasions where prices on the website are quoted incorrectly due to circumstances beyond our control. In such an instance we will contact you by phone or email with the correct prices before proceeding with your order.
Delivery
Your goods will be delivered using either a recorded Royal Mail service for smaller items or a specialist carrier for larger orders. Delivery charges are shown when you place an order. We dispatch goods on the same day if the stock is immediately available. If your order has to be processed or ordered from our suppliers you will be advised by email as to when you can expect delivery. Delivery time is dependent on location. Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year and if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible via email. If you have a special requirement for delivery please contact us and an agent will advise you on the best course of action.
Payment
When placing an order, we accept all major debit/credit cards including American Express. The address given must be the same as that registered with your Credit/Debitcard company.
Returns
Returns fall into two categories, i) defective items or ii) unsuitable items. In the case of defective items then, upon receipt of the returned item Dabber Sports will immediately endeavour to replace the item at no extra cost to the customer. When the purchased item is deemed unsuitable for the customer, yet is in perfect condition, then upon receipt of the returned item Dabber Sports will endeavour to replace the item with a more suitable alternative
This replacement item will however be suspect to a further carriage charge. When returning goods to us we suggest, for your own security, you use a recorded delivery service.
Record of Transaction
All information regarding the transaction will be held by Dabber Sports for a reasonable time after the transaction. This information will be available to the customer upon request and reasonable proof of identity.
Product Images and Specifications
At Dabber Sports we make every effort to ensure that the images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible. However we are unable to guarantee exact colour matches and specifications. These images and specifications should be used for guidance purposes only, if more information is required don’t hesitate to contact us for clarification on any query.
Teamwear Orders
All Teamwear orders are subject to a non-refundable deposit of £50, this is to ensure that the customer order is genuine. Our current lead times are between 8 and 10 weeks. The final balance of payment is due immediately before delivery and you will be notified via email.
If a Teamwear order is cancelled in the first 14 days following payment of the deposit no additional costs will be incurred. However, any order cancelled after the initial 14 days will incur a 25% charge of the total order value. Orders cancelled with in four weeks will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total order value.
Orders that are older than 4 weeks cannot be cancelled without incurring the total order value.
